使用者管理 / User Management

管理員可從使用者清單面板直接管理所有使用者帳號、角色、驗證狀態與權限。系統提供強大篩選與即時活動數據，協助簡化管理流程。
Administrators can manage all user accounts, roles, verification statuses, and permissions directly from the user list panel. The system provides powerful filters and real-time activity data to streamline user operations.

使用者列表概述 / User List Overview

此表格提供可搜尋、可篩選的全平台使用者清單，管理員可依角色、KYC 狀態與電子郵件狀態排序。每筆資料包含以下資訊：
This table provides a searchable and filterable list of all platform users, allowing administrators to sort by role, KYC status, and email status. Each entry includes the following details:

• 姓名與用戶名：顯示使用者全名與唯一帳號。
  Name & Username: Displays the user's full name and unique account identifier.

• 電子郵件與驗證狀態：顯示電子郵件是否已驗證。
  Email & Verification Status: Indicates whether the email address has been verified.

• KYC 資訊：顯示文件類型及核准狀態。
  KYC Information: Shows document type and approval status.

• 加入時間／最後登入時間：用以追蹤註冊與登入時間。
  Joined / Last Login: Tracks registration time and login activity.

• 管理行動：快速存取使用者詳細資料與管理功能。
  Management Actions: Provides quick access to view and manage user details.

使用者管理面板 / User Management Panel

點擊任一使用者列的管理按鈕後，管理員可查看該使用者的完整詳細資訊：
When clicking the Manage button for any user, administrators can view a full breakdown of that user's details:

• 錢包概覽：顯示使用者所有錢包與其餘額。
  Wallet Overview: Displays all wallets and their balances.

• 交易統計：提供存款、轉帳、提領、付款等金額總和。
  Transaction Statistics: Summarizes amounts for deposits, transfers, withdrawals, payments, and more.

• 交易圖表：提供使用者近期活動的視覺化圖表。
  Activity Charts: Visual charts showing the user's recent activity.

• 標籤：包含資訊、交易、推薦、商家（如適用）與活動紀錄。
  Tabs: Includes Information, Transactions, Referrals, Merchant (if applicable), and Activity Logs.

• 使用者存取與權限：可啟用或停用發送、提領、存款、交換、請求等功能。
  User Access & Permissions: Allows enabling or disabling actions such as send, withdraw, deposit, exchange, and request.

• 狀態控制：可快速切換電子郵件驗證、KYC 驗證或停用帳戶存取。
  Status Controls: Quickly toggle email verification, KYC verification, or disable account access.
