通知管理 / Notification Management

Toppay 提供動態通知系統，能管理多通道警示（電子郵件、推播、簡訊），涵蓋管理員與使用者的各類活動。
Toppay provides a dynamic notification system that allows you to manage multi-channel alerts (email, push, SMS) for both administrator and user activities.

範本概述 / Template Overview

• 標題與角色標籤：清楚標示通知用途及其觸發對象（管理員或使用者）。
  Title & Role Tags: Indicate the purpose of the notification and whether it is triggered for administrators or users.

• 通路狀態：可啟用或停用電子郵件、推播或簡訊等傳送方式。
  Channel Status: Allows enabling or disabling delivery via email, push, or SMS.

• 變數：提供占位符，例如：
  Variables: Provides placeholders such as:
  {user}
  {amount}

• 管理動作：讓您設定每個範本的訊息內容與傳遞選項。
  Management Actions: Allows you to configure the message content and delivery options for each template.

編輯通知內容 / Edit Notification Content

• 點擊範本上的管理按鈕後，你可以為每個通路（電子郵件、推播、簡訊）分別設定內容。
  When you click the Manage button on a template, you can configure separate content for each channel (email, push, SMS).

• 題：僅可編輯電子郵件頻道。
  Title: Editable only for the email channel.

• 訊息：可使用支援的短碼來個人化通知內容。
  Message: Use supported shortcodes to personalize the notification content.

• 啟動：可切換開關以啟用或停用該通路。
  Activation: Toggle the switch to enable or disable the channel.

系統整合 / System Integration

每個通知範本會根據系統事件自動觸發，例如：
Each notification template is automatically triggered based on system events, such as:

• KYC 提交 / 核准 / 拒絕
  KYC submitted / approved / rejected

• 存款活動（自動 / 手動 / 核准）
  Deposit actions (automatic / manual / approved)

• 提領、交換、獎勵等
  Withdrawals, exchanges, rewards, and more
