With Toppay’s powerful staff management module, you can manage platform team members, assign roles, and control their access permissions.
頭像:每位員工皆具備頭像,便於識別。
Avatar: Each staff profile includes an avatar for easy identification.
資訊:顯示員工姓名與電子郵件地址。
Information: Displays the staff member’s name and email address.
角色:指派員工專屬職務,如財務經理、KYC 專員、超級管理員或支援主管。
Role: Assign staff-specific roles such as Finance Manager, KYC Officer, Super Admin, or Support Lead.
地位:顯示該員工是否啟用/在職。
Status: Indicates whether the staff member is active.
操作:透過「新增」按鈕新增員工,或使用管理選項編輯員工資訊。
Actions: Use the Add button to create a new staff member or edit existing profiles via Manage.

頭像:上傳該員工的個人頭像。
Avatar: Upload the staff member’s profile image.
工作人員姓名與電子郵件:輸入他們的姓名和電子郵件地址。
Name & Email: Enter the staff member’s name and email address.
密碼:為員工登入設定或更新安全密碼。
Password: Set or update the staff login password.
角色選擇:從預設選項中指派角色(例如:財務經理、KYC 專員)。
Role Selection: Assign a role from the predefined options (e.g., Finance Manager, KYC Officer).
地位:啟用或關閉員工存取權限。
Status: Enable or disable the staff member’s access.
更新員工:請儲存員工資訊變更。
Update Staff: Save the updates to the staff profile.
使用案例範例 / Example Use Case

1. Click "Add New".
2. Fill in details: Name = "Jane Doe", Email = "kyc@toppay.com".
3. Select role: KYC Officer.
4. Set a secure password.
5. Toggle status to Active.
